200L Drum Roller Mixer
Specs for 200L Drum Roller Mixer:
Efficient and safe drum mixing solution for 200 L steel and plastic drums
Product Overview:
The Drum Tumbler manufactures DT-G200 drum roller mixer is designed for efficient mixing of liquids, slurries, powders, and granules. It is compatible with 200 liter steel drums and 200 liter L-ring plastic drums, enabling fast, uniform, and safe in-drum mixing without opening the drum lid.
How It Works:
The DT-G200 uses a drum-rolling mixing principle. Contents flow and tumble along the drum wall to achieve gentle yet thorough blending. The full-drum support structure reduces drum wear. Operators mix directly inside sealed containers to avoid leaks, contamination, and exposure.
Key Features:
1.Drum compatibility:
Mixes steel and plastic drums, 200 to 220 L
Works with closed-top, open-top, and L-ring plastic drums
Full-drum support design extends drum service life
2.Safety protection system (optional)
All moving parts enclosed in a guarded housing
Safety interlock switch and safety relay circuit
Door-open stop function protects the operator
Aligns with OSHA, CSA, and EU CE safety requirements
3.Pneumatic tilting mechanism (optional)
One-touch pneumatic tilting replaces manual tilting
Reduces operator strain and avoids drum damage
Suitable for flammable or hazardous materials
4.Quick loading and unloading
Low-profile loading for drum truck or hoist
Less manual handling and higher efficiency
